Terms & Conditions for Pixary

Welcome to Pixary! By accessing or using our website https://pixary.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Overview of Services

Pixary provides custom-printed products including t-shirts, hoodies, polos, and other apparel. All items are made-to-order as per the designs and specifications provided by you.

2. Order Placement & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after 1 hour.

  • Orders with incomplete address, unreachable contact numbers, or repeated failed delivery attempts may be cancelled without refund.

3. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

As all products are made-to-order and customized:

  • Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective, misprinted, or damaged.

  • In case of eligible return, we offer replacement only, not refund.

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof via email at support@pixary.com.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

    • Change of mind or design preference after placing order

    • Incorrect order placed by the customer

4. Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

To reduce RTO and ensure smooth delivery:

  • Customers must ensure their address and phone number are accurate at checkout.

  • Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the customer is unreachable or refuses delivery, the package will be returned to origin.

  • In case of RTO, re-shipping is chargeable. If the customer refuses re-shipping, the order is considered forfeited with no refund.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, or natural events.

5. Design Uploads & Intellectual Property

  • Customers are solely responsible for the content they upload (text, images, designs).

  • Do not upload copyrighted, obscene, or illegal content.

  • Pixary reserves the right to reject or cancel any order violating this policy.

6. Color, and Print Variation

  • Slight color variation (±10%) may occur due to screen/device settings and printing process. This is not considered a defect.

  • Print alignment or positioning may vary slightly depending on garment type.

7. Offers, Discounts, and Promotions

  • Promotions and discounts are valid for a limited period.

  • Coupon codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

  • Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pixary will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Maharashtra courts.
