At Pixary, every product is custom-made just for you. As a result, we have a limited return and refund policy, designed to ensure fairness while maintaining our production integrity.

✅ Returns Policy

Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or design

  • You changed your mind after placing the order

  • Minor differences in color or placement of print (±10%)

  • Delays caused by courier partners or external factors

We only accept returns or replacements if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • There is a major misprint or quality issue

📸 Proof Required:

You must email us at support@pixary.in within 48 hours of delivery, with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Order number and item details

After review, if eligible, we will arrange a free replacement.

💸 Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for custom-printed products unless:

  • The item is out of stock

  • The item is not delivered due to our error

  • The item is returned due to production error or damage and we’re unable to offer a replacement

⚠️ No Refunds Will Be Issued:

  • If delivery failed due to wrong address or unavailability

  • If you refuse delivery (RTO)

  • If you decline the re-shipping option after a failed delivery

If eligible for a refund:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method

🚚 Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

If your order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Unavailable/unreachable contact number

Then:

  • You can pay the reshipping charges and we’ll dispatch again

  • If you decline reshipping, the order is considered forfeited with no refund

📦 Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them

  • After that, cancellation is not possible as production starts immediately
